The agreement was brokered by The Advisers/Knight Frank, which registered their third success this year at Olympia Tower, after concluding deals with Mabco Bandai and Optaros for 540 sqm and 1,000 sqm respectively. “The leasing contracts we signed in Olympia Tower confirm an important trend anticipated by us earlier in the year,” says Horia Moldovan, Associate Director, Office Division, The Advisers/Knight Frank. “Semi-central areas, with accessible and valuable office space are preferred by companies looking for new headquarters. Olympia Tower has reached an agreement with what it calls an “important retailer” which will be leasing 1,100 sqm of office space, leaving just 5 percent of the building available for tenants.
